IT PMO

**Job Responsibility**:

- Experience in designing, developing, executing, and improving policies, processes and supporting documentation in alignment with best practices and frameworks.
- Ability to use any project management tools and suggest improvements and enhancements.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting business analysis and translating business requirements such as features prioritization, enhancements, and system integrations into functional and technical specifications.
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in formulating IT objectives and developing effective techniques for deriving these objectives.
- Deep understanding of internal and external auditing techniques including audit planning, fieldwork, reporting, control tracking, and remediation activities.
- Understanding of Enterprise Risk Management methodologies, frameworks, and principles to identify, assess, mitigate, monitor, test and report on risks and controls.
- Experience in IT process improvement, leveraging frameworks methodologies.
- Demonstrates a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively participate in a multi-cultural and multi-national workforce.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills along with refined presentation skills and the ability to work with contractors and other departments at varying levels of management.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- The ability to work with mínimal supervision and consistently deliver results required.
- Ability to analyze KPIs and suggest improvements.
- Review and amend RFPs before begin issued.
- Coordinating with project managers assuring smooth executions of projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s in computer science or a related field.
- Minimum Work Experience: Min of 6+ years of experience.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic.
