**Key Responsibilities**
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- MMUP/UPDA Civil Certification (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction and infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar Construction Standards (QCS).
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Qatar Driving License is a plus
- Applicant must be in qatar with transferrable visa and NOC.
- Ready to join immediately.

**Qualifications**
- Prepare, review, and approve project designs and drawings.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Supervise site activities and manage project timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Oversee project execution and prepare progress reports with complete documentation.
