The job holder is COMPANY’s Technical authority, under Project Manager’s responsibility, for all the activities related to
the Front-End Engineering Design studies (FEED), detailed engineering, supply, procurement, manufacture and
installation of the 20inch pipeline between DP2 platform located on AL KHALIJ offshore field and HALUL Island, Qatar.
The job holder will participate to the following various stages of the project : FEED Engineering, Linepipe / EPCI CFTs,
EPCI execution up to hand-over of the plant to the Field Operation team (Start-Up).
The job holder organises, controls and coordinates the technical works relative to all engineering involved on the Project
as well as technical works and studies performed by the various contractors whom he is the contact point.
The job holder shall ensure that all engineering technical deliverables are timely issued and fit for purpose.
The job holder shall also ensure that all engineering interfaces are dully dealt with and managed with other concerned
entities from Head Quarters and TEPQ.
The job holder shall set up and supervise the necessary organisation to closely monitor the Quality control activities on
the various places of execution, from FEED studies up to line pipe manufacturing mills, bending contractors facilities and
coating mills.
The job holder is also responsible for validating the equipment qualification status (procedure / programme / report) and
shall remain, during the construction / installation / commissioning phases and with regards to Flowlines, the
correspondent for any engineering occurring problem, for any advice to be given or technical deviation request to be
analysed and answered
