**As a talabat Manager for Public Affairs, you will participate in all government-related collaboration.**
**Moreover, you will be responsible for engaging the conversation on policy advocacy, key regulatory, and policy solutions that will benefit talabat and the wider ecosystem.**

**What’s On Your Plate?**:

- Identify, monitor, analyze and report on current and future regulatory issues in the Qatar market.
- Gather intelligence and reports on legislative and regulatory agendas.
- Articulate our policy positions in briefing papers, consultation responses and internal policy meetings, as well as memos, and position papers when needed.
- Cross-functionally works with internal stakeholders such as communications, legal and the broader policy teams.
- Advise internal colleagues and teams on public policy matters to help guide the development of products, services and policies.
- Gather global best practices and benchmarks, and create a log for key visions and governmental plans in the region.
- Create talking points and material for the management team on policy-related topics.
- Represent the company in government meetings and policy discussions.

**What Did We Order?**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Public Policy or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in the policy field.
- Deep knowledge of The Middle East's policy environment.
- Superb English and Arabic verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to work in a matrix environment and collaborate cross-functionally while being accountable to public policy matters.
- Proven track record in policy partnership/campaign building.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Tech industry experience is preferred.
