**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day landscaping activities, including planting, maintenance, and design of outdoor spaces such as parks, gardens, and commercial properties.
- Manage and lead a team of landscaping staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Plan and oversee landscape projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to design specifications, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure the proper use and maintenance of landscaping equipment and tools.
- Conduct regular inspections of outdoor areas, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Perform and/or oversee the installation of irrigation systems, garden beds, turf, trees, shrubs, and other landscaping elements.
- Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations during landscaping tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments, contractors, and clients to plan, design, and implement landscape improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of landscaping work, materials used, and budgets.
- Manage the ordering and inventory of landscaping materials and supplies.
- Handle customer or client inquiries and address any concerns related to landscaping services.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field is a plus).
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscaping or horticulture, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of landscape design, horticulture, irrigation systems, and maintenance practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and handle physical tasks.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to landscaping and use of equipment.
- A valid driver’s license is often required.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 per month
