We are looking for a Technology Services Controller responsible for Windows Server Infrastructure, Identity and Access management ,Application and Desktop Virtualization (VDI) of Qatar Airways and its subsidiaries. Responsibility of the role includes design, implementation and maintenance of Windows Server Infrastructure, Active Directory, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix cloud Services, Azure Virtual Desktop and Azure infrastructure to meet the business needs of QR and its subsidiaries. You will be involved in technology specific improvement initiatives for the QR Group liaising with Information System team, and in line with IT standards.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent technical, time management and communication skills as you will collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver results on deadlines.

**Key accountabilities include**:
- Plan, Design, implement and maintain Identity Management Solutions namely Active Directory Services, Azure AD and ADFS.-
- Support of all Windows Servers Technology architecture and design related requirements (including costs), project support, technical support including incident and problem management.-
- Provide technical consultancy and guidance to the team members, other technical teams, Support teams and Information Services teams and Coordination with OEMs-
- 24x7 based L2/L3 Technical & functional support to Windows Server technology and its related systems, including incident handling, request management, customer queries and problem management.-
- Manage business continuance in relation to disaster recovery.Lead the analysis, planning and upgrade of existing Citrix infrastructure including software, hardware and License Management.-
- Plan, design, implement and maintain NetScaler
- ADC Configuration including Authentication, Authorization and Auditing, load balancing, SSL certificate management, hardware/software upgrade and maintenance.-
- Implement robust monitoring of the VDI environment using tools such as Citrix Director, Citrix ADM, Grafana and various other monitoring tools.-
- Design, Implement and Maintain Application Virtualization and Virtual desktop Infrastructure in on-premise and public cloud.**Be part of an extraordinary story**

Qualifications

**Knowledge and Skills**:
- Hands on experience in managing identity services, LDAP management, Microsoft Active Directory Services, ADFS, and Azure AD.-
- Project Management and documentation skills.-
- Strong knowledge in Windows Server Technologies, including Active Directory, Domain Name Services, DHCP, File Server, FTP, SFTP,Hyper-V, DRM, PAM system, Digital Workspace Solution and Infrastructure automations.-
- Strong knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and modern workplace architecture and components.-
- Strong knowledge of Citrix NetScaler 12.X and above-
- Hands on experience in server hardware management including blade, rack and hyper converged-
- Hands on experience in Windows operating systems-
- Hands on experience in Hyper-V, VMWARE, SCCM and SCOM-
- Hands on experience in Azure VDI-
- Hands on experience in Defender for endpoint, Defender for Identity and Azure Arc-
- Hands on experience in on-premises Active directory and Azure Active Directory Security.-
- Strong knowledge and skills on end-to-end delivery of cloud transformation.-
- Strong knowledge and work experience in Public cloud management (Azure and GCS).-
- Strong knowledge and experience in automations and Infrastructure as code.**About you**:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 7 years of IT experience in relevant technologies-
- Preferred Certifications: MCSE, Citrix Certified Expert, Azure Cloud Administrator-
- Problem solving, investigation skills and ability to work under pressure-
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environment.-
