**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and update supplier information regularly.
- Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics providers to track shipments, manage delivery schedules, and ensure timely receipt of goods.
- Coordinate with internal departments to clarify requirements and ensure accuracy of orders.
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Assist in negotiating terms and pricing with vendors under supervision.
- Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and company standards.
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Perform general administrative tasks related to the procurement process.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a dynamic environment.
- Basic understanding of procurement principles and vendor management.
