- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and track deliveries.

**Project Material Coordination**
- Collaborate with site supervisors to ensure timely material delivery to sites.
- Follow up on site-wise purchase requests and ensure delivery without delays.
- Maintain documentation for material requisitions, delivery notes, and receipts.

**Inventory Management**
- Maintain accurate inventory levels of all stock items using inventory software or ERP.
- Conduct regular stock audits and generate reports for management.
- Tag and store items systematically to ensure easy tracking and retrieval.
- Minimize stock wastage, overstocking, and pilferage.

**Cost Monitoring & Control**
- Track project-wise material costs and prepare basic cost reports.
- Work with accounts team to reconcile supplier invoices and project budgets.
- Monitor variances between planned and actual purchase costs.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or relevant field.
- 2-4 years of experience in procurement or inventory coordination (preferably in IT, ELV, or construction industries).
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Familiarity with ERP/inventory management tools.
- Good Excel and documentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Detail-oriented and proactive.
- Reliable and organized.
- Strong follow-up skills with internal and external teams.
- Basic understanding of project costing and budgeting.

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
