Job Summary:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean, sand, and prepare surfaces (walls, ceilings, metal, wood, etc.) for painting by removing old paint, patching holes, and repairing surfaces as needed.
- Protect surrounding areas by covering floors, furniture, and fixtures.
- Ensure even coverage and high-quality finish on all surfaces.
- Mix paints and stains to achieve desired colors and textures according to specifications.
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment.
- Ensure proper storage and care of paints and chemicals in compliance with safety regulations.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Dispose of waste materials and chemicals in accordance with environmental and company standards.
- Work with supervisors, contractors, and team members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Provide input on material and color selections when required.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a painter in commercial or residential projects.
- Familiarity with various painting techniques and materials.
