**Role Responsibilities**:

- Developing and overseeing the implementation of the school’s SEN policy.
- Working closely with teachers, parents, and external specialists to create and implement individualized support plans for students.
- Leading training sessions for staff on SEN best practices and strategies.
- Conducting assessments to identify students’ needs and monitoring their progress.

**Requirements**:

- A relevant degree and qualifications in Special Educational Needs.
- Proven experience as a SENCO or in a similar role, ideally within an international setting.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- A commitment to inclusive education and the success of every student.
