**Landscape CAD Technician - 3D BIM Modeler**

**Doha Qatar**

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Landscape CAD Technician - 3D BIM Modeler**to join our team In this role you will get to **perform basic to complex drafting assignments requiring a thorough knowledge of drafting standards, practices, and techniques.**

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Prepares technical packages from concept design, through detailed design to tender and contract documentation.

- Under supervision, performs landscape architecture design which requires a fundamental knowledge of landscape, planting and irrigation design, aesthetics, and/or design standards, practices, and techniques.

- Prepares high quality presentation drawings.

- Prepares high quality presentation 3D BIM modeling.

- Should be able to read Landscape Architectural drawing mark ups and comments.

- Provides support and production assistance to team members

- Completes other duties as assigned.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Degree in Landscape Architecture, or related discipline.

- Minimum 5+ years relevant landscape design experience.

- Preferably with work experience in GCC.

- Proficient in Civil 3d & Revit.

- Proficient in utilizing AutoCAD.
