Doha, Qatar Tridy Consultancy For Talent Services Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily **site inspections** to ensure landscape works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
- Review and approve **shop drawings** and **material submittals** for landscape elements.
- Supervise and coordinate all **hardscape and softscape** activities on site.
- Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of work.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, inspection logs, and progress updates.
- Ensure compliance with **local regulations**, project standards, and health & safety policies.
- Identify design or construction issues and provide practical solutions.
- Liaise with procurement for timely delivery of approved materials.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
- Minimum **12 years of experience**, with proven **Qatar site experience** in building/landscape projects.
- Strong understanding of **landscape construction**, **material specifications**, and **design coordination**.
- Proficient in reading and reviewing **technical drawings** and **specifications**.
- Must possess a **valid Qatar driving license** and have own **vehicle** for site travel.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From QAR8,000.00 per month
