We are looking for Eye Lash Technician with the following skills:
An eyelash technician is responsible for providing eyelash extension services to clients, helping them achieve longer, fuller, and more attractive eyelashes. They must have strong attention to detail, a creative eye, and excellent client communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and any allergies or sensitivities.

Eyelash Styling: Recommend and provide various eyelash extension styles, including classic, volume, hybrid, or other customized looks, based on the client's preferences.

Safety and Hygiene: Maintain strict hygiene standards by sterilizing tools and ensuring a clean and safe environment for both clients and technicians.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest eyelash extension products, tools, and techniques, and make recommendations to clients when necessary.

Time Management: Manage appointments efficiently, ensuring that each client's session is completed within the scheduled time frame.

Client Education: Educate clients on proper aftercare and maintenance of their eyelash extensions to ensure longevity and minimize damage to natural lashes.

Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction by addressing any concerns, providing touch-up services as needed, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Sales and Upselling: Promote and sell additional beauty services or products to clients, such as lash serums or maintenance products.

Qualifications:
Skills: Possess excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and a steady hand. Creativity and an eye for aesthetics are essential.

Hygiene: Strictly adhere to sanitation and hygiene standards to ensure client safety.

Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for building and maintaining a loyal client base.

Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and products related to eyelash.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
