**Job Title**: Project Engineer - Aluminum & Façade
**Location**: Qatar
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and monitor aluminum and façade projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review project drawings, technical specifications, and shop drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Supervise site installation works and resolve technical/site-related issues.
- Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and quality control checklists.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards at all stages.
- Liaise with procurement teams for material requisition and delivery coordination.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project plans.
- Manage project documentation, variation orders, and approvals with clients/consultants.
- Support the Project Manager in planning, monitoring, and client communications.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum **3-6 years of experience** in aluminum and façade projects in the GCC (Qatar experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of aluminum systems, curtain walls, glazing, cladding, and façade engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning software (Primavera/MS Project preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- **Valid Qatar Driver’s License** is mandatory.

**Preferred Attributes**
- Experience in handling medium to large-scale façade projects.
- Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead site teams effectively.

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month
