A leading fit out company in Doha is in need of Finance Manager

Finance Manager

Ø Create and manage the company's annual budget.

Ø Perform financial analysis and develop financial models to aid in strategic decision-making.

Ø Prepare and deliver financial statements to the management.

Ø Monitor and manage cash flow to maintain the company's financial health.

Ø Maintain compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Ø Collaborate with other departments to match financial strategy with the company's objectives.

Ø Identify and manage financial risks.

Ø Oversee the creation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting rules.

Ø Maintain working ties with auditors, banks, and other financial organizations.Create and implement financial rules and processes to increase efficiency and control.
Analyze market trends and rivals to gain strategic knowledge.

Ø Supervise and mentor junior employees, offering advice and professional growth opportunities.

Ø Coordinate with external auditors and create audit schedules.

Ø Compare financial performance to benchmarks and suggest changes.

Ø Implement and manage financial systems and tools to help streamline procedures.

Ø Evaluate investment prospects and provide suggestions to senior management.

Ø Monitor the company's financial performance and devise cost-cutting and revenue-enhancing measures.

Ø Excellent knowledge of ERP software with GCC experience.

Ø Applicant must be available in Qatar with a NOC & transferable work Visa.
