- ** Education**: M.Sc. in Petroleum/Chemical Engineering.
- ** Experience**: From 0 to 6 years in Oil & Gas Industry
- ** Technical competencies**: Proficiency in quantitative analysis tools; advanced user of computer software with a good ability to learn new software packages.
- ** Behavioural competencies**: Ability to work under pressure and stressful conditions with mínimal supervision
- **Other competencies**: Fluency in English.

- Working hours : Rotational scheme : 2 weeks offshore halul / 2 weeks home or 4 weeks offshore halul / 4 weeks home

**Context and environment***:
As Filed Engineer on one of our platforms you will be able to shape and develop a central role with great influence and interaction between field activities and production optimization. The Filed engineer position is a development position for junior engineers for whom s site experience supports their career path and development. this is with the possibility to continuously learn and develop your competencies in exposure to all the “ site operations” aspects and more specially in : Filed operations Management scheme, offshore techniques, organization, site experience, procedures, production optimization. the role also provides support to the responsible of safety and environment on site for downgraded situations, contributing to risk assessments identifying migration and ongoing monitoring to support timely close-out.**YOUR ROLE**:

- Assist the Site Manager in the execution of their duties.
- Monitor and optimize wells parameters in relation with production superintendent and onshore support
- production reporting and analysis ,first level control of PDMS tool.
- Monitor and optimize chemical injection:

- Monitor and report chemical product usage.
- Handle Chemical tests and improvement missions on site
- Provide site support and technical assistance for operational problems.
- Propose process ways of improvement and optimizing of field production
- Monitor and report oil production and water injection performance
- Ensure consumption is consistent with dosing requirements.
- Liaison with vendors and other disciplines to review, select and optimize chemical requirements.
- Perform process calculations and simulations to help resolve operational problems.
- Monitor and optimize oil production and water injection:

- Suggest operational / safety improvements as appropriate.
- Prepare shutdown report and coordinate actions plan
- Focal point for production performance follow up with onshore support
