Primary Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations at the Laffan Container Terminal (LCT) ensuring the efficient handling, movement, and storage of containers in RLC Port. Manage Contractor personnel including TOS Operators, STS & RTG Crane Operators, Tractor Drivers, and contracted Stevedore teams.

Required Experience and Skills:

- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in port operations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership role in container terminal operations.
- Knowledge of shipping logistics, vessel operations, and port management best practices. Ability to analyse operational data and reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Experience in safety management, troubleshooting operational problems, and performance reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage a multinational team effectively. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly in high-pressure situations.
