for an Upcoming Project to be based in

Qatar.

Commissioning Engineer & GO Completion Engineer

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
The Commissioning Engineer shall be responsible for the Commissioning of the new facilities. He will participate in the development of the Operational readiness Plan and ensure that all CSU plans are developed and implemented on the project.

The commissioning approach and details, for the new facilities have to be discussed and agreed with QPH and Asset responsible for the plant. This is needed from common alignment perspective among the stake holders.

GO Completion Engineer to manage all project completion activities through GoC tool.

**CSU Engr -Key responsibilities include**:
- Develop project Commissioning and Start-up (CSU) plans and procedures.

Develop Systemization (define commissioning systems)

Define CSU activities per Commissioning System

Set up activity description-logic relationships-resources/vendor support/special tools-temporary facilities-durations

Develop system testing scope

Develop Work Execution Flow Scheme (WEFS)

Develop project commissioning plans, integrate commissioning activities into project execution plan

Provide CSU schedule input into overall project plans

Develop Commissionable System Definition

Develop Commissioning & Start up Activity List

Develop Commissioning Consumables List and commissioning spares in ESPIR. (Electronic Spare Parts and Interchangeability Records)

Develop and implement Project to Asset Transfer Plan (P2A) plan comprising of physical assets with system turnover team and the Information Management Documents

Drive the Management of Repeated Failures with a focused ownership on the “Flawless” deliverables specific for the CSU areas

Manage interface with the Asset’s operations & maintenance functions

Manage support and interface with the P&T’s ORA functions

Coordinate and manage the interface issues with Construction team from CSU activities perspective.

To provide support for the Go Completion Process as and when required with details asked by the CSU/OR Lead.

Development and getting signed from the respective disciplines the following documentation

RFSU (ready For start UP) certificate

PSSR Walkdowns

Punch List generation and liquidation follow up.

Red Lien marked Up of the documents Like PEFS, HOLM, Cause and Effect Diagrams, Process Control narratives, and Datasheets, ISO etc

Support Turn Around events if requested by assets and agreed by the QPH.

**GO Completion Engineer - Key Responsibilities**:
Responsible for Completions team

Coordinating with COMPANY IM Lead and Qedi (Go Completions Vendor) to create account for new projects in Go-Completions system

Go-Completions system Administration and assigning roles and responsibilities to Completions system end users.

Actively participating in Systemization and WEFS development with Commissioning Engineers.

Responsible for Completions Strategy check list development for individual projects.

Focal point for Site RLM document submission to IM team.

Shall Represent Completions team for project KOM - Execution phase.

Generate Tag list and ITR list by referring Engineering documents and ITP’s respectively for individual project.

Responsible for updating and monitoring reference table (project information) in Go-Completions system for individual projects.

Supervising and support Completions Engineers to assign system boundaries, populate and update tag list and ITP's, and relevant ITR's A & B, in Go-Completions system

Coordination with Project Managers, Construction & Commissioning Mangers and Field Engineers and Commissioning Managers

Coordinating with construction contractors & QA/QC for the timely submission of construction dossiers, and signed ITRs including submission of Red Line Mark-up documents internally at MC and RFO/RFSU milestones

Supporting Commissioning Engineers to develop systemization, mark-up PEFS generation, WEFS creating and activity list preparation

Coordinating with QA/QC and Field Engineers to assign correct System -Tag - ITR A & B relation and validation process.

Support Completions Engineers to coordinate with Construction Discipline focal points and QA/QC to achieve ITR A & B closing & updating as per scheduled window.

Coordinating for pre-MC walkdown to make sure the system is ready for MC stage.

Support Completions Engineer to coordinate final construction discipline inspection of a system for the signature collection on MC and RFSU certificate

Scheduling and organizing MC & RFO/RFSU Milestone walk downs with selected participants

Coordination of logging, recording and close-out of all reported defects and outstanding scope in, either an ongoing/incomplete work list and punch list for all identified agreed defective work
