**What you will be doing**

The role includes the entire process of designing, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photo retouching, web design, campaigns, seasonal launches, events, social media and PR. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, EDM, flyers, product branding materials, shelf talkers, seasonal visual, campaign building.

Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you.

**Your main responsibilities**
- Study design briefs and requirements and following corporate graphic guidelines.
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other BTL designs
- Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic
- Work with copywriters, web developer and creative director to produce final design
- Oversee the printing needs for the Concept and stand-alone stores
- Amend designs after feedback
- Adapt designs into different format and mediums as per brief requirements
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Designing proposals and artwork for marketing brochures, leaflets, coupons and flyers

**Branding**:

- Deliver creative, cutting edge design solutions for a variety of communications materials, including collaterals, infographics, animation, and online content for both social media and websites within a specific timeline.
- Previous experience on creating strong brand campaigns both on offline and online marketing channels
- Previous experience in developing brand guidelines and brand identity.
- Establish visual and brand consistency across all communication platforms and channels.
- Provide designs which are appealing and effective and meet Nadia’s guidelines
- Strong communication and visual storytelling skills and able to clearly articulate rationale for design decisions.
- Ability to deconstruct complicated ideas into compelling, easy-to-understand visuals.

**Social Media and Website**:

- Develop social-first creative ideas, concepts and assets for our brands and social media handles, producing high-quality, visually engaging designs and maximizing the use of creative social formats available on each platform.
- Experience of using and understanding social media in a business/corporate context and maximizing owned and earned content for key target audiences.
- Has in-depth knowledge and understanding of different creative formats across social platforms ( Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube ) and stays up to date with new formats and platforms as they emerge.
- Manage and execute monthly calendars for social media, digital marketing, ATL and BTL campaigns
- Has an understanding of web best practices and production of online creative materials

**Tools**:

- With strong conceptual and visualizations skills, photography and video production experience and ability to work at pace whilst maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Able to create and turn insights into eye catching animations or infographics for use across different channels.
- Who is confident working across various digital channels, technologies, software packages and devices (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud, Final Cut Pro)
- Photography editing

**Reporting to: General Manager**

**To succeed you would have to have**
- Excellent communication skills in English, French and Arabic.
- Proven graphic designing experience.
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in graphic design
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, 3D max and 2d animation)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details

- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
