Study contract / Scope of work and specifications for developing ITPs, WPS/PQR and job specific procedures to meet clients requirements
- Ensure that all inspections and tests are carried out as per ITPs, WPS/PQR, method statements and QC procedures for different activities and disciplines
- Verify inspection reports, MTCs of material and welding consumables
- Monitor compliance of IMTEs calibration frequency is met & updated
- Ensure that all repair and correction work is done by approved client method
- Liaise with TPI (Third Party Inspection) agency for assuring/witnessing inspections and test activities as per ITP
- Prepare QC dossiers on completion of works and final handover to client
- Ensure all process/product non-conformities are highlighted through CARs/PARs to the area in-charge for rectification
- Monitor welding parameters, preheat, post-heat, and PWHT operations

**Skills**:

- Must have an adequate experience in EPC retrofits (Oil and Gas) projects QC documentation, Inspection activities.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and managing project quality assurance programs for engineering design, procurement, fabrication, installation, hook-up and commissioning of oil and gas production facilities projects.
- Experience shall also include developing quality system audit programs based on ISO 9001 and contract requirements.
- Experience in QC coordination and inspection activities during procurement, fabrication, installation, hook-up and commissioning of oil and gas production facilities projects.
- Ability to lead the QC teams, must have proven capabilities in managing the Client communications and meetings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.
- Min 10 years of working experience in Quality Assurance & Control for O&G industry. 5 years of which must be in the onshore/offshore gas facilities sector, preferably in LNG.
- Certificates such as CSWIP 3.2.2 equivalent.
- NDT certificates such as ASNT L II as minimum.
- Trained or certified as an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.

**Salary**: QAR12,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
