Our newest opportunity is for a talented
**Senior Planning Engineer**
***to join our award-winning team based in
**Doha, Qatar**. This critical role will be responsible for ensuring project delivery in line with client requirements through the development of a project wide WBS. Duties will also include developing and maintaining a detailed master schedule, procurement and logistics plan and also to support and work with consultants and contractors to develop their contractual schedules.

**Responsibilities**:
We envisage success in this role to include;
- Understanding of technical and design leadership in all aspects of the design process including production, construction techniques, procedures, codes and standards etc that relate to Civil / Planning Engineering.
- Bringing team leadership skills as well as the ability to communicate directly with clients, consultants, agencies, local authorities, the design review team and other KEO staff.
- Understanding of local building codes in country, alongside International Building Codes, LEED requirements and other similar sustainability standards among others.
- Preparing and managing a project program, project plan, and schedule
- Identifying and assessing project risks and mitigating these
- Working alongside the team to prepare project procedural plans.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum
**15 years of broad-based relevant experience in a planning/scheduling role for PM/CM projects, 5 years as a senior staff member. Possessing a Degree in Engineering / Construction Management. **Membership with a recognized professional body & UPDA/MME License.
