**About the role**
Rostering of all Engineers and Mechanics within Cabin IFE Management. Ensuring that manpower all activities performed at Doha home Base are in line with the Qatar Airways CAME and TPM at all times, providing both continued airworthiness of the fleet with operational integrity.

To ensure that all Scheduled and Non Scheduled maintenance conducted on QR Aircraft and its components is carried out to the highest possible Maintenance Standards and Safety in the most productive and cost effective manner using all available Resources at Engineering's disposal.

**Duties**:

- Rostering of engineers and mechanics to ensure additional manpower is available to support the Base / Line Maintenance operation.
- Managing cover for sick leave, vacation, training and outstations.
- To resource AOG situations, Aircraft Deliveries, Seat exhibitions and Air shows.
- Arrangement of tickets, GDs etc. for the flight coverages.
- To coordinate with the Shift Manager/ Supervisors and MOCC/BMPCC Managers to ensue manpower requirements are met to support the operation.
- Producing statistics and monitoring overtime levels in a cost effective manner.
- To ensure equal distribution of overtime between engineers and mechanics taking into consideration the welfare of the employees, quality and safety.
- Coordinating with Shift Manager/Shift Leaders for all Base/Line maintenance operations training requirements.
- Coordinating with Quality training departments for the training schedules, allocation of staff within each section.
- Liaising with the Shift manager and BMPCC/MOCC Operations Controller to ensure both operational and maintenance requirements can be met in the most effective manner.
- To ensure all QR scheduled and unscheduled flight coverages are met, including passenger and freighter flights where technical coverage is not available.
- Assist team lead in data mining for long term demand vs supply forecast.
- Manage Staff leave through applicable company's leave system.
- Conduct orientation for the new joiners, allocation of shifts etc.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience
- Self-motivated and highly organized.
- Must be good analytical, planning and organizational skills.
- Working as part of team. Be skillful in conflict resolutions, planning and coordination.
- Comfortable with Modern technology.
- Command of English language.
- Knowledge on Aviation Personnel Rostering and Planning.
- Excellent spatial awareness, able to perform complex and dynamic resource allocation.
