**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in financial and accounting roles, with at least the last 10 years in the hospitality and lodging sector.
- Currently working in the hospitality sector or held a role in the hospitality sector in their most recent position.
- Professional qualification such as CMA, CPA, or an equivalent certification is preferred.
- Must be at least 40 years old, with exceptional leadership and management capabilities.
- Excellent command of English is required, and native Arabic speakers are preferred.
- Hardworking, highly motivated, and capable of handling high-pressure work environments with resilience and determination.
