- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of power plant operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes related to power generation and incorporate best practices into plant operations.
- Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the power plant team.

**Job Knowledge & Skills**
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD software and other relevant tools.
- In-depth knowledge of pipeline design principles, construction methods, and materials.
- Demonstrated project management experience, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental stewardship, with a passion for excellence in engineering and operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel to project sites and work in challenging environments as needed.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.

**Job Experience**
- Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, 2 years GCC experience is a plus

**Education**
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering

License/Certification:

- Do you have experience using SAP ERP (required)

**Location**:

- Doha (preferred)
