**Job Title**: Architect Design Engineer

**Department: Arch**Design

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and prepare architectural designs for projects in compliance with municipal regulations and international standards.
- Manage and oversee all stages of the architectural design process, from concept to detailed construction drawings.
- Review and approve architectural drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements and client expectations.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Structural, Mechanical, Electrical) to ensure full integration of design.
- Attend client and authority meetings, present and explain design concepts when required.
- Prepare regular progress reports and submit them to management.
- Ensure adherence to urban planning regulations, municipality standards, and project specifications.
- Efficiently use design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant tools.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
- 3 to 7 years of proven experience in architectural design, preferably in consultancy offices.
- Must hold **UPDA certification** from Qatar Municipality (mandatory).
- Proficiency in Arabic language (English is an added advantage).
- Preferably of Arab nationality.
- Strong ability to work within a team and handle work pressure.
- Excellent time management, coordination, and project follow-up skills.
