**2. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING /KNOWLEDGE**

Qualifications and Education:

- Born in Qatar
- Graduate of any business course or diploma in public relations or equivalent.

**Experience**:
Three (3) years related work experience in public relations, marketing and documentation. Construction / Infrastructure experience is a must.

Training:
Training in Public Relations, Marketing

Knowledge/ Skills:

- Excellent in public relations and building rapport with the public
- Excellent interpersonal skills, marketing and presentation skills
- Knowledge in social media platforms and software for creating campaign materials
- Knowledge in ISO documentation standards
- Ability to keep clear & accurate records / reports
- Ability to communicate effectively both in oral and written English
- Good knowledge in MS office especially in MS Excel. Ability to create effective tagging/ sorting of log sheet for easy traceability of topics within correspondence
