Female Physical Therapist

We are looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team of health professionals in providing excellent health care in our facility.

Duties include:

- Reviewing patients’ medical histories
- Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
- Developing individualized treatment plans for patients
- Outlining clear goals for patients and the expected outcomes of the plan
- Using exercises, stretching, equipment, massage, and hands-on therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
- Recording patients’ progress and modifying the plan of care if needed
- Educating patients and family members about the recovery process
- Coach patients and teach them therapeutic exercises and stretches to improve their condition
- Discussing and coordinating plan with other doctors in the facility
- Keep station clean and frequently disinfected throughout the working day

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Compassion and empathy for patients who are often in pain
- Attention to detail regarding a patient’s problems to analyze what they need to ease their pain and prevent further injury
- Physical stamina to lift patients and spend long hours standing and modeling exercises
- Interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with patients and motivate them
- Communication skills to interact clearly with doctors, patients, and family members.
- Possess up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices.
- Ability to solve problems independently.
- Excellent analytical and logical thinking.
- Ability to manage patients with different personalities.
- Multitasking and organizational skills
- Patience and discretion
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (Bilingual in Arabic is encouraged)
- A valid license to practice physical therapy.
- Must have valid QID - Must live in Qatar
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be punctual with time

The position is full-time, 6 days a week, and hours will be discussed during the interview. Salary is given at the end of each month. You will have to provide advanced notice for any requested days off, which is not guaranteed and will have to be evaluated based on operations and patient schedules. Sick days will require a sick leave from a doctor, or else pay will be deducted from the total monthly amount.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 per month
