Research Analyst

**About the Position**:
We have an existingopportunity for a Research Analyst to join our team. You will work with ourleading researchers to maximize their research impact. As a Research Analyst,you will be central to the development and implementation CEOE’s knowledgeexchange and impact strategy. You will support the development of content thattranslates business and management research into content that is accessible byour partners including businesses, charities, members of the public, local andnational governments.

**Main Duties**:
- Working with researchers, generate content that translates our research to enable knowledge exchange with our partners.- Working with researchers, embed excellent knowledge exchange approaches to optimize impacts.- Working with researchers, identify and create opportunities to extend and embed research impacts.- Develop opportunities for evidencing impact through stakeholder engagement, aligned with improved understanding of future needs to inform CEOE’s research and policy strategy.- Coordinate impact contributions within Qatar University, work with Research & Policy manager to identify, evidence and develop impact case studies.- Working with the External Relations Function, ensure that research impact is recognized and celebrated, internally and externally.- Contribute to various activities of the Center and the college.- Develop and deliver training to faculty on knowledge exchange.

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**:
- At least a Master degree in strategic management, entrepreneurship, innovation, or any related business discipline from an accredited institution.- A degree or professional certificate in business policy is a plus.

**Experience**:
- Experience of supporting and informing translational research based on practical understanding of knowledge exchange, and delivery of organization-wide approaches to optimize impact.- Experience in writing high-quality content and proven ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders.- At least 2 years’ experience in research institute or research-intensive higher education institution.- Profiles with academic and/or practitioners’ publications will be preferable.

**Skills**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (preferably in both English and Arabic).- A fundamental understanding of the needs of the full spectrum of researchers, governments, policy makers, the private and public sectors.- Advanced analytical skills, employing and disseminating knowledge to inform decision-making, and evidencing impacts across policy, economic, societal and environmental dimensions.
