**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Planning & Analysis**: Develop financial models, analyze trends, monitor KPIs, and provide actionable insights.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**: Lead the budgeting process, prepare forecasts, and conduct variance analysis.
- **Cash Flow Management**:Oversee payables, receivables, and treasury functions, ensuring optimal cash utilization.
- **Financial Reporting & Compliance**: Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- **Risk Management**: Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and evaluate investment opportunities.
- **Team Leadership**:Mentor finance staff, foster collaboration, and support professional development.

**Requirements**:

- **Education and Qualifications**:_
- Bachelor's degree in **Finance, Accounting**, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as **CPA, CFA**, or equivalent are advantageous.
- **Experience**:_
- Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably within the banking, BNPL, or fintech industries.
- Multilingual skills (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu) are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across diverse cultures.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive salary: 18,000 - 25,000 QAR, commensurate with experience.
