We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team. The Outdoor Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services directly to customers in outdoor settings. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for engaging with people in various environments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outdoor sales activities to promote our products/services in designated areas such as public spaces, events, markets, and street corners.
- Engage with potential customers in a friendly and approachable manner to generate interest and create sales opportunities.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, emphasizing how our offerings can meet their needs.
- Provide accurate information about product pricing, promotions, and special offers to encourage sales.
- Actively seek out and approach potential customers to initiate conversations and build rapport.
- Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns or objections they may have about the product/service.
- Close sales deals and process transactions using mobile payment systems or traditional methods.
- Keep track of sales activities, including the number of contacts made, leads generated, and sales closed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share feedback, exchange best practices, and contribute to overall sales strategies.
- Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold brand integrity at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in outdoor or field sales roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Basic math skills for processing sales transactions and handling cash.
- Physical fitness and stamina to spend extended periods outdoors and engage in active sales activities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel to various outdoor locations.

Pay: From QAR4,000.00 per month
