We are looking for an experienced Admin Manager to handle overall administrative operations, financial coordination, and support for our security services division. Key duties include payroll finalization, supplier payment follow-ups, office and filing management, and assistance in P&L reporting. The role also involves supervising admin staff and managing administrative tasks specific to security operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finalize payroll with HR and Finance.
- Follow up on vendor/supplier payments.
- Assist in monthly P&L reporting.
- Oversee general office administration and filing.
- Supervise admin staff and support security services (scheduling, reports, documentation).
- Coordinate with service providers and vendors.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in admin/finance roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with payroll and expense processes.
- Experience in security services administration is a plus.
