Responsibilities:
1. Audit Execution:

- Execute internal audits based on the annual audit plan and in accordance with established standards and regulations.
- Conduct thorough examinations of financial, operational, and compliance processes.

2. Qatar State Audit Bureau Expertise:

- Ensure that audit activities align with state audit standards and requirements.

3. **Documentation and Analysis**:

- Document audit procedures, findings, and recommendations in a clear and organized manner.
- Analyze data, processes, and internal controls to identify areas for improvement.

4. **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the internal audit team and other departments to gather relevant information and insights.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to facilitate the audit process.

5. **Reporting**:

- Assist in the preparation of comprehensive audit reports for review by the Head of Internal Audit.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner.

6. **Continuous Learning**:

- Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging risks, and changes in regulations.
- Actively seek opportunities for professional development to enhance audit skills.

7. **Compliance**:

- Ensure that audit activities adhere to internal audit policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a strong internal control environment.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in internal audit, with a focus on State Audit Bureau operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with audit software and tools.
