We are seeking a highly motivated **Arabic Female Sales & Marketing Manager** to join our dynamic team with an attractive package.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
- Reach out to client's top management to close the business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by effectively networking and reaching out to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Lead the sales team by providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative marketing strategies aligned with sales objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present regular sales and marketing reports to top management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote our products/services and expand our network.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continually enhance sales and marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- **3+ years of experience** in sales and marketing.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Outgoing personality with a presentable approach, suitable for representing the company in various settings.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
