**Job description**

**Female Marketing Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect for leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and online marketing.
- Assist clients in renting residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct property showings and provide tours to potential tenants.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Prepare contracts, and lease agreements to clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales or leases on behalf of clients.
- Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other activities required for the transaction.
- Guide clients through the closing process and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed about the status of their transaction.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in the real estate market, laws, and regulations.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Real estate license is preferred
- Proven track record of success in real estate sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to resolve conflicts.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with local real estate market trends and neighborhoods.

- At least 2 year of experience as a Marketing Executive in real estate
- Knowledgeable in using Outlook, Excel, and Word, Erp.
- Fluent in English
