- A high-end fine dining restaurant in Qatar is seeking a confident, experienced, and service-focused **Head Waitress** who is fluent in Arabic and English. This role requires a leader who is passionate about hospitality, attentive to detail, and capable of delivering a refined guest experience. You will guide the front-of-house team, ensuring service excellence and the smooth daily operation of the dining floor.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise the service team during operations, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
- Welcome and engage guests with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring their needs are anticipated and exceeded.
- Communicate fluently in Arabic and English to assist guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings.
- Handle guest feedback or complaints with discretion, empathy, and efficiency.
- Support the training and development of junior staff to uphold high service standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Monitor cleanliness and presentation of the dining area in line with hygiene and luxury standards.
- Assist in daily briefings, shift planning, and performance evaluations as directed by management.
- Uphold company policies and contribute to a positive team culture.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/ Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Tourism or any related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a polished appearance and professional attitude.
- Excellent knowledge of food, wine, and fine dining etiquette.
- Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and handle VIP clientele with discretion.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering world-class service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
