**About the role**:
As a Senior Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for helping us achieve this ambition through:

- Monitors effectiveness of MATAR commercial business processes, conducts analysis, makes recommendations for improved business performance.
- Coordinates implementation of new analytics system to manage defined business performance KPIs, including data sources for improved data integrity and business reporting capability.
- Evaluates current business practices and reviews revenues and commercial team operating expenses.

**Key responsibilities**
- Responsible for identifying areas of improvements and concerns in business operational areas and provide appropriate strategies to resolve them.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of performance metrics to improve business operational efficiency.
- Responsible for the analysis of business problems to identify the root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Responsible for providing optimal business solutions to achieve operational and financial goals
- Undertake research and collect data to better analyze outcomes.
- Regularly monitor business performance and generate performance reports to management
- Appraise and recommend improvements to current business programs.

Qualifications

**About you**:

- Minimum Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Statistics, or Economics
- Min 5 years of solid background in performance management, including data source aggregation and target setting.
- Relevant experience in deploying analytics processes and related systems for improved business performance reporting.
- Experience in analysing business performance and providing solutions for corrective actions.
- Ability to deploy and develop business performance processes, systems and tools for improved transparency and business potential.
- Skilled in research and business performance management.
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, computer and quantitative skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently whilst maintaining confidential of information.
- Attentive to details with the ability to prioritize tasks as is necessary.
- Solution focused and demonstrate strong work ethics.
- Ability to work in a cross-cultural and multi-national environment.
- Team player and able to take responsibilities.
- High level of self-initiative and innovation.
- Disciplined and focused in delivering departmental and organizational both business and operational goals.
- Good command of English and mathematically inclined.
- Working knowledge of MS Office including advance Project Management, Excel.
