**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the installation, testing, and maintenance of **CCTV systems**, **fire protection**, and **fire fighting systems** on-site.
- Ensure that all site activities are conducted in compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure timely and efficient execution of tasks.
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of technicians and subcontractors, ensuring they follow safety procedures and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections to verify that installations and systems are operating correctly and meet project requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CCTV, fire protection, and fire fighting systems as needed.
- Review and approve work plans, safety plans, and progress reports.
- Ensure proper documentation of site activities, including daily reports, material requisitions, and incident reports.
- Conduct safety audits and training sessions to maintain a safe working environment for all staff on-site.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

**Requirements**:

- **Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Fire Safety, or a related field**.
- Minimum of **5 years** of experience in a supervisory role with expertise in **CCTV**, **Fire Protection**, and **Fire Fighting systems**.
- In-depth knowledge of installation, testing, and maintenance of CCTV systems, fire alarm systems, fire suppression systems, and associated equipment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
- Proven ability to manage site operations, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations, codes, and industry standards (e.g., NFPA, BS, IEC, etc.).
- Experience in conducting site audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address technical issues in a timely manner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and site management software.
- **Fire Safety Certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) or Fire Fighting Certification** is a plus.

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
