**About the role**:
Ensure the revenue audits are performed by outsourced service provider as per the set SLAs. Identify and prevent revenue loss/leakages due to various incorrect processes/practices related to ticketing across the network. Assist line manager in producing reports/statistics on Revenue Protection Unit functions to Finance Management (HQ).- Ensure the QR tickets issued across the network are verified/audited by the processing centre and recoveries are made with respect to the violations identified.- Assist line manager in providing analysis reports to management, which will provide insights on the details of the revenue losses identified, recovered and saved.- Put a plan to improve the processes by reducing the errors made by staff during issuance of tickets to remove inconsistent processes.- Constantly keep checking new avenues where there can be potential revenue leakage to ensure revenue protection.- Get additional checks done on the audit work of the processing centre- Ensure the SLA reports are delivered by the processing centre as per the agreed timeline.- Co-ordinate with HQ/Station commercial department to resolve pending issues and thereby protect QR interests.- Own the process document (SOPs) and create one for new process being introduced.- Work as back up for revenue documents and guarantee smooth functionality of the processes.- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

Qualifications

**About you**:
- High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent with 4 years of job-related experience OR- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with 3 years of job-related experience- Minimum 3 years' experience in Passenger and Cargo Audit functions- Excellent knowledge of GDS (preferably Amadeus)- Good Knowledge of Proration and Fare Filing- Knowledge on Fare Construction for Passenger Audit and Rate.- Command of English language- Good working knowledge of MS office and presentation skills.

Preferred- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.- IATA Diploma/Degree Holder
