- Generate and qualify leads via phone and WhatsApp
- Schedule sales appointments and meetings in the office
- Promote products/services to new and existing customers
- Study the car market on a regular basis
- Close sales by means of excellent customer service and salesmanship
- Maintain positive business and customer relationships to prolong customer lifetime value
- Track personal appointments, status reports, and sales
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Greet Customers and help them find their dream car
- Provide customers with information about cars
- Elevate complaints to management
- Reporting and Organization
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer all calls and messages at all times
- Generate sales through leads
- Revise and Memorize sales script offered by management
- Send all call recordings and report on a daily basis (CRM)
- Perform Callbacks to generate sales after quotation send in 3 days and 15 days and 30
days and call them in 3 months and send a greeting.
- Perform Callbacks to generate sales after delivery of vehicle for one month and send a
greeting.
- Follow up with existing customers throughout the full process of purchasing and after
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Revisemarket prices constantly
- Check for stock (Always up to date) from product specialist
- Always do all To-Do’s (Monthly and Weekly Meeting To-Do’s)
- Write Quotations and send them daily in the Whatsapp group
- If the target is met a bonus will be given to the salesman
- If the target is not met a deduction of the salary will occur
- If all tasks given are met and completed a bonus will be supplied.
**Salary**: QAR3,500.00 per month

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
