**Contingent Upon Award of Contract**
**Purpose and Scope**:
The Program Manager has overall responsibility for cost, schedule, and technical performance of the operation. Accountable for production, supply, production control/planning and quality management aspects of operation.
**Essential Responsibilities**:
- Provides direction and leadership to all site assigned personnel.
- Prepares and submits site labor/non-labor budgets, forecast estimated costs and control subcontractors.
- Controls service contracts in support of site operations
- Manages all department managers/staff assigned to site operations.
- Manages and coordinates research and investigations into business problems.
- Provides guidance and assistance relative to operating problems and projects.
- Oversees scheduling of work assignment and workloads in accordance with operational tasking and maintenance requirements.
- Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field. Advanced degrees such as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or related field can be advantageous
- Certifications: Relevant certifications for this position is a **Project Management Professional (PMP)**.
- Clearance: Must possess a **Secret Security Clearance.**:
- Significant experience in life support services and/or logistics management with a minimum of 15 years at the PM or Deputy PM level. Also have minimum of 5 years of experience within the last 10 years providing such services to large facilities or operations greater than $10 Million in annual operations. Experience, particularly in the range of $100 Million or more is highly desirable.
- Financial Management: Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis, with the ability to manage a large budget effectively and ensure cost-efficient delivery of services. Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and risk management is valuable.
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship Required
