Capable of handling full accounting cycle in line with IFRS/IAS. Must be strong character and personality.
- Prepare, review and distribute monthly financial reports to the Group Financial Management in line with Group Approved Financial Policies within deadlines.
- Track expenses and revenues vs. budget and reforecast and analyze fluctuations as part of the Quarterly Reporting deadlines.
- Prepare monthly consolidation and executive financial package as per reporting structure provided from Group Financial Management.
- Prepare annual financial information binder to be provided to the external auditors in line with company approved policies and templates.
- Review and approve proposed journal entries and account reconciliations to ensure accurate general ledger balances.
- Oversee account reconciliation process for all functional areas to ensure timely preparation, approval and integrity of internal controls.
- Develop and implement Chart of Account management in SAP System.
- Develop, maintain and distribute as-hoc reports and financial models as needed from Group Financial Management.
- Develop, implement and monitor fixed asset policy and procedure in line with Group Approved Financial Policies.
- Ensure cost center / department accounting, analysis, reporting and support meet internal customer needs / requirements.
- Develop and implement standard costing, inventory and packaging asset accounting, valuation and policy development activities.
- Understand cash flow elements and manage reporting of multiple cash flow movement accounts as part of monthly and quarterly reporting
