Nos experts en Environnement client sont compétents dans un vaste éventail de tâches d'entretien ménager et sont chargés de maintenir l'apparence et la propreté de l'ensemble de l'hôtel. Ils sont habilités à se déplacer dans leur espace et à faire ce qui doit être fait. Qu'il s'agisse de répondre aux demandes des clients, d'approvisionner les chariots, de nettoyer les chambres et les espaces publics, ou d'autres responsabilités de ménage similaires, l'expert en Environnement client s'assure que les espaces de l'hôtel aident à créer une expérience client exceptionnelle.

Peu importe votre poste, certaines choses sont essentielles pour réussir - la création d'un lieu de travail sécuritaire, le respect des politiques et des procédures de la société, le maintien de la confidentialité, le respect des normes de qualité et veiller à ce que votre uniforme, votre apparence personnelle et vos communications soient professionnels. Le rôle d'expert en Environnement client signifie être sur vos pieds et vous déplacer (se lever, s’asseoir ou marcher pendant une longue période de temps) et mettre la main à la pâte dans votre travail (déplacer, soulever, porter, pousser, tirer et placer des objets pesant jusqu’à 50 livres (22,7 kg)) sans assistance). Il est essentiel que les experts en Environnement client exécutent toutes ces tâches à la perfection (et toute autre tâche raisonnable qui leur est assignée) - ainsi, nos clients seront toujours satisfaits et notre entreprise continuera de prospérer.
