Electrical Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for electrical works, including materials, labor, and equipment. The role involves reviewing tender documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure all elements of the project are captured in the estimate.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Prepare detailed and itemized cost estimates for electrical systems (lighting, power distribution, LV/HV systems, fire alarm, ELV, etc.).
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors and evaluate them for accuracy and competitiveness.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material take-offs.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure all technical aspects are properly considered.
- Review client requirements and ensure compliance with project standards and regulations.
- Assist in preparing tender submissions, technical proposals, and cost summaries.
- Maintain an updated database of material, labor, and equipment costs.
- Participate in value engineering exercises to optimize costs without compromising quality.
- Attend site visits, pre-bid meetings, and clarification sessions when required.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum **5 years** of experience as an Electrical Estimator in the construction or MEP industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and installation practices.
- Familiarity with local and international electrical standards.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tender deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in **MEP contracting** or **facility maintenance projects**.
- Knowledge of **Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS)** or GCC standards.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cost calculations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
