**Basic Requirements**

Education: Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Design

Total Experience: 7-9 years

GCC Experience: At least 3 years of work experience required

Gender: Male or Female

Age: Between 28 - 40 years old

Nationality: Any

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge of Interior design concepts, principles, practices, techniques, space planning, drafting, and color scheming.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Modelling using Sketch up, 3D Max
- Proficient in perspective rendering using 3Ds Max + Vray and Sketch Up + Vray
- Creative and possess artistic design capabilities.
- Read and interpret architectural illustrations. Create 3D models from architectural plans and rough sketches.
- Create realistic views for interior and exterior areas.
- Provide efficient modelling and converting of data sets from CAD or other 3D modelling packages.
