- Prepare and decorate pastries and desserts for both regular service and special events, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry section, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with the Pastry Chef and kitchen team to create new and innovative desserts or seasonal items.
- Ensure that all ingredients are properly stored, rotated, and labeled to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and notify the Pastry Chef of any shortages or required supplies.
- Help with the training and mentoring of junior pastry team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and efficient kitchen environment, working cohesively with the broader culinary team.
- Monitor the quality and consistency of all pastry products, making adjustments to processes as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, keeping work areas sanitized and organized.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Pastry Chef or Head Chef.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
