Promote the Hotel’s products and services.

Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge about voco Doha West Bay Suites

Oversee and control daily tasks when on duty.

Supervise all agents and develop them in order to handle reservation tasks properly.

Records all reservations neatly and accurately on prescribed forms.

Sell voco Doha West Bay Suites product and services using up-selling and suggestive selling techniques.

Prepare and execute action plans which increase reservation sales and associated business.

Offer wait list reservations, if rooms are not available for the requested period.

Process amendments to reservations such as extensions, early departures, etc

Check any no-show and cancellation report with the correspondence and keep the record in the file.

Coordinate with the travel agent and update the room allotment.

Maintain knowledge of special rates/ offers/ promotions

Monitor reservation levels and inform Managers of current and future occupancy rates.

Prepare reports as requested (e.g. to travel agents, business houses, etc.)

Prepare reservation sales reports.

Ensure that all correspondence relating to room inquiries is actioned promptly and efficiently.

Keep the Revenue Manager informed of any complaints and unusual matters of significance.

Maintain professional business confidentiality.

Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times and maintain high grooming standards.
