Our client in Qatar is looking to hire a **Bulk Dispatcher**.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- High school diploma with relevant experience or a certificate/degree in operations or road transport management.
- 3-5 years of experience in transportation or distribution.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of transportation of dangerous goods and gaseous products.
- Fluent in English and Hindi with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong planning, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Team player with self-control and attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and coordinate bulk product deliveries based on customer needs and distribution efficiency.
- Create and validate delivery orders, route cards, and schedules for drivers.
- Monitor product availability and address customer shortages or equipment issues.
- Respond to emergency calls and alarms after working hours.
- Oversee truck maintenance and collaborate with contractors for equipment servicing.
- Identify and report nonconformities in dispatching procedures for process improvement.

**Salary**: 7500 QAR
