**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy & Management**:

- **Arabic speaker**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and monitor all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, videos, and stories, tailored to the target audience.
- **SEO Integration**:

- Optimize social media content for search engines to improve visibility and reach.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices in social media campaigns.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and manage a team of content creators, designers, and digital marketers.
- Assign tasks, set deadlines, and ensure the team meets performance goals.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and others.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- **Collaboration & Innovation**:

- Work closely with the marketing, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive branding.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and tools to implement innovative strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in managing social media platforms and campaigns.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging content.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in the IT or advertising industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: From QAR6,000.00 per month
