**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain spray painting equipment, including compressors and spray guns.
- Inspect finished surfaces for quality and make necessary adjustments.
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of materials used and tasks completed.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a spray painter in an industrial or oil & gas setting.
- Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and coating materials.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and coating specifications.
- Physically fit and able to work in challenging outdoor conditions.
- |Optional :Relevant certification or training, e.g., NACE Coating Inspector, SSPC certifications.|

**Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Time management and organizational skills.
