To lead and manage the design, analysis, and review of civil and structural engineering deliverables for onshore and/or offshore oil & gas projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and safety requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform and review civil and structural design and analysis for foundations, steel structures, concrete structures, pipe racks, equipment supports, and marine structures as required.
- Develop detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations in compliance with international codes (**AISC, API, ASCE, BS, Eurocode**).
- Conduct structural analysis using advanced software (**STAAD.Pro, SACS, ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000**).
- Ensure designs meet project technical requirements, safety standards, and constructability.
- Lead a team of engineers and designers to deliver projects within schedule and budget.
- Coordinate with other disciplines for integrated engineering solutions.
- Prepare and review technical documents, design reports, material specifications, and construction deliverables.
- Participate in FEED, detailed engineering, and EPC support activities.
- Ensure adherence to company quality systems, project specifications, and client requirements.
- Review vendor drawings, subcontractor designs, and ensure compliance with project standards.
- Interface with clients for technical discussions, design approvals, and progress reviews.
- Provide technical support during procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)**:

- Minimum **15 years of experience** in oil & gas sector (onshore/offshore projects, consultancy)
- Strong knowledge of international design codes (**API, AISC, ASCE, BS, Eurocode**)
- Proficient in structural analysis and design software**:STAAD.Pro, SACS, ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000**:

- Excellent knowledge of concrete and steel design, soil-structure interaction, and foundation engineering
- Familiar with FEED and detailed design phases of oil & gas projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
